On request, independent third parties may monitor the production of your slewing bearing. Project-related tests and inspection and certification from various organizations that oversee quality control are carried out on a regular basis e.g. ABS, BV, DNV GL, LR, RMRS. Rigorous quality assurance procedures are implemented at every step to guarantee that your slewing bearing leaves our production line meeting all your desired specification. This comprehensive process starts with the inspection of raw materials and parts upon arrival in our factory and continues with regular assessment throughout the manufacturing of the slewing bearing. A final 100% inspection is then carried out on the finished product and implements 3D coordinate measuring technology along with the complete documentation and filing of measurement results. The high quality of our products can be accredited to this comprehensive process.
